We are recruiting on their behalf for a HR Systems & Recruitment Administrator.
They are open to someone who has some HR experience, recruitment experience or someone who has administration or systems experience who wants to step into HR.
Training and HR learning programmes will be provided to the successful candidate if needed.
They want someone who is a good communicator, proactive, enjoys system usage and utilisation, and is keen to support all areas of the business.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR systems and applicant tracking tools, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and compliant record-keeping across the employee lifecycle. You will coordinate recruitment activities, support onboarding and offboarding, and produce HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making. Working closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, you will help standardise processes, develop SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain HRIS and ATS platforms, ensuring data integrity, user access control, and timely updates across all HR records.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting roles, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking progress through the ATS.
* Support onboarding and offboarding activities, preparing documentation, coordinating induction schedules, and ensuring all system and access changes are completed accurately.
* Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards, providing accurate data and basic analysis on headcount, recruitment activity, and other HR metrics.
* Document HR processes, create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure consistency of HR workflows across the organisation.
* Act as a key point of contact for HR systems queries, supporting managers and employees with system navigation, troubleshooting, and basic training.
* Monitor HR processes for efficiency, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of new HR tools, features, or system enhancements.
* Maintain confidential HR records and documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements, ensuring secure storage and appropriate access controls.
Qualifications:
* Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
* CIPD or equivalent HR certification (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
* Additional training or certification in HRIS/ATS platforms or HR analytics is desirable.
Due to the location of this role, applicants must have access to a car for commuting to the office location.
