Project Manager – Dublin

The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to final handover, working alongside some of the industry’s best operational and commercial teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception through to completion
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure programme targets and project milestones are achieved
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety and quality
- Coordinate with commercial, design, and operational teams
- Drive project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
- Strong track record delivering large-scale construction projects
- Residential, apartment, mixed-use, or commercial project experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant third-level qualification
