Warehouse Customer Administrator

A leading organisation operating within highly regulated, clean, and controlled environments is seeking a Warehouse Customer Administrator to join its fast-paced logistics and customer operations team based in Leixlip.

This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse administration, strong customer communication, and accurate system management across stock, orders, and reporting functions. You will act as a key link between customers, internal operations, and supply chain teams, ensuring a high level of service delivery and operational accuracy at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, resolving issues efficiently and proactively
  • Liaise closely with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth task completion and information flow
  • Identify customer issues or recurring problems and actively contribute to process improvements and service enhancements
  • Accurately input, update, and manage data across ERP systems (including SAP or similar platforms)
  • Generate, compile, and distribute regular customer and internal reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support warehouse operations including stock control, goods in / goods out administration, and inventory management activities
  • Ensure all records, documentation, and system entries are maintained to audit and compliance standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and warehouse operations

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a customer service, warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain support role
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to understand needs and deliver practical solutions quickly
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS system is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
  • Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
