With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years, Laura has a proven track record in building, leading, and expanding successful commercial divisions, specifically within the recruitment industry for more than 11 years.

Micheala is our Recruitment Support Executive at Pivotal Recruitment.
She plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. She works closely with the recruitment team, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and providing a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
With over seven years’ experience in financial services and customer operations, Micheala has built a strong reputation for organisation, attention to detail and delivering high-quality support in fast-paced environments. Ruth is our Recruitment Consultant specialising in Construction and Engineering roles.
She has a strong background in recruitment, having previously worked across the Sales and IT sectors, where she developed a strong understanding of both client and candidate needs.
Building genuine, long-term relationships is at the heart of her approach. She takes the time to understand what clients are looking for and what motivates candidates, ensuring a personal and consultative approach to every placement.
