We are recruiting for a site manager for one of our key clients, for a project in the Limerick area. This role is for a new build for a commercial office building that will be for a minimum of 2 years. There are plenty more local projects for employees in the pipeline too.

This development will start in October, so you can put your own stamp on it from the get go!

The Site Manager oversees the daily management of either a large construction site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring that the processes and procedures are effectively implemented. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while strictly adhering to the company’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols. For large, multi-sectional, or highly complex projects, the Site Manager may work as part of a broader team on-site. However, they may serve as the senior leader, taking full responsibility for the overall management and successful delivery of multiple sites.

Education & Experience

• Relevant third-level education or trade qualifications.
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
• Experience working with both main contractors and subcontractors.
