Project Manager – Kerry | Major Construction Projects
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of key construction projects in Kerry.
This is a role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, managing live sites, and delivering high-quality builds from early stages right through to handover.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the full delivery of construction projects from start to finish
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and commercial staff
- Working closely with the Contracts Manager to drive programme, budget, and quality
- Coordinating design, technical, and construction elements across the project
- Running weekly programmes, reporting progress, and driving key milestones
- Ensuring strong Health & Safety standards are consistently maintained
- Chairing site meetings and managing day-to-day site operations
- Overseeing project handover and completion
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Comfortable managing subcontractors and site teams in a live environment
- Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Organised, proactive, and capable of driving programme
- Ambition to progress into more senior leadership roles
Qualifications
- Degree or qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
- Full Irish driving licence
