On behalf of our cient, we’re looking for a Power BI & Reporting Specialist who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making at the highest level.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role sits at the heart of our financial and operational reporting landscape. You’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and IT teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards, automate reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership.
- Build robust data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business definitions.
- Extract, clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple internal systems and external sources.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Automate manual reporting processes, improving efficiency and reducing operational risk.
- Support the CFO with board‑level reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and financial performance insights.
- Ensure data integrity, address data quality issues, and collaborate with IT on improvements to data flows.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis on business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and management teams.
What You Bring
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and dashboard design.
- Experience working with SQL, Excel (advanced), and other BI or reporting tools.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with a passion for clean, reliable reporting.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Qualification in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Certification in Microsoft BI tools (e.g., PL‑300, Power BI Data Analyst).
- Experience working with ERP systems (D365 experience is a bonus).
- Experience in a finance‑focused or commercial reporting role.
